Introduction to the 500L Liquid Silicone Rubber Planetary Mixer:

Commonly referred to as "500L", it is also currently known as "600L", with varying names among individuals. One motor drives the equipment operation: a set of three multi-layer inclined paddle slow-speed mixing shafts that both revolve and rotate. Each mixing shaft is equipped with a scraper. The design of the mixing blades, which lift and press materials, shears and disperses viscous substances. The blades on each mixing shaft can overlap seamlessly during rotation, ensuring 360-degree thorough mixing. The scraper lifts materials from the bottom upward, effectively pushing materials from the bottom of the tank toward the center, ensuring even mixing and dispersion. There is also a set of revolving wall-scraping paddles that quickly return materials scraped from the walls back into the mixing and dispersion area, continuously repeating the process. It can be said that mixing is without dead angles and highly efficient. The equipment comes with two 500L mixing tanks, one hydraulic extruder, and a vacuum pump system.
